Note* for printing I use about 100lb card stock. The exact thickness doesn't matter. Just as long as it feels like a postcard. The PNG file has an aspect ratio of 1650x1275px, so at a 5.5in x 4.25in card, the resolution is 300px per inch. I've been able to print on as large as a 13in X 19in photo paper with the PNG file with no visible pixilation.
